A lot of supercar enthusiasts can proudly say that the greatest car from this manufacturer's history is the F40. The F40 can be easily claimed as the most iconic and most ferocious supercars of all time and the maker's of it knew it would be from the very beginning.

At the time, the management team was brainstorming why their sales were declining compared to it's competitors. Some of their engineers got together and used the Group B rally class as a their testing grounds to hone future production cars in hopes to relight the flame in their fans. With the small team of engineers working together outside of their regular hours to develop something extraordinary and wow their audience, the 288 GTO road car was developed and soon after, the race car 288 GTO Evoluzione. Unfortunately, at the end of completion, the FIA cancelled Group B, which put an end to the team's rally inspirations. Now, they were left with five 288 Evoluzione's but no where to race them, thus, the manufacturer decided to sell the cars. However, engineer; Nicola Materazzi, convinced the team that he could turn that car into a mighty supercar that was road-ready. Race car driver and entrepreneur; Enzo, hitting the age of 88 years old, looked at this idea as a celebration of 40 years with the manufacturer and a memory of his final legacy.

Now, with a full sized engineering team on board with Materazzi's idea, the 288 GTO Evoluzione became reborn into the full production model F40. With their knowledge and sourcing of advanced materials such as early use of carbon fiber and bonded Kevlar panels, all the comfort and convenience considerations were out the door. They used ultra-lightweight bucket seats made of cloth, felt wrapped dash and very plain designs besides a few switches and gauges and pull-cords to open the door. The featherweight supercar weighed in at around 3,000 pounds which was fairly light for that supercar era. It's mid-mounted 2.9L twin turbo V8 was capable of 471 hp and 426 lb-ft of torque, while managed by a five-speed manual transmission.

The exterior styling of this car with it's downturned nose, large rear wing, and enormous output is absolutely timeless and will go down in history as one of the best supercars of all time.

The first turbocharged racing 911, and the Le Mans Legend: The (R13) 1974 911 RSR 2.1 Turbo. This was the final of only four RSR 2.1 Turbos built. It is among one of the most important racing cars of theirs in existence with it's victory of 2nd overall at the 24 Hours of Le Mans with Herbert Müller and Gijs van Lennep despite losing the car's fifth gear.

This car takes credit as having proved the German auto-maker's race car manufacturing capabilities. They wanted to produce a race car that looked like the 911s available to consumers, and with the 930 production (marketed as the 911 Turbo), the RSR 2.1 was born.

Their racing division developed the turbocharged 2.1-liter flat-six, which made 450 hp. With its air/oil-cooled, magnesium-crankcase engine, Bosch mechanical fuel injection, and KKK turbocharger and intercooler, it was able to push 500 hp and 405 lb-ft of torque. The five-speed transaxle with it's own oil cooler paired with that engine for the most part, was recognizable as a 911, but was hardly stock. The RSR had fiberglass fenders, doors, front and rear valances, and front and rear decklids which were all engineered for weight reduction which made the RSR 2.1 weighing in at just over 1,800 pounds. It also had extremely wide flared fenders, and a huge rear wing to keep the car stable at high speeds. All four of the RSR 2.1 Turbos built for the 1974 racing season would all have the famous Martini Racing red and blue livery that we have illustrated by the distinguishable colours.

The R13 goes down in history as one of the most successful 1974 RSR 2.1 Turbo and during it's retirement, it had just five owners after it left the team in 1975. It received an engine rebuild in the early 2000s, but remains in it's original condition bearing all of the flaws it received during it's racing career.

It was 1992 when the German manufacturer launched their second generation M3. Compared to its predecessor, it was well known for it's more modern and sleek design, higher horsepower, and increased comfort. It was also notable for being the first M3 to have a six-cylinder engine and come in a sedan rather than only a coupe or convertible. The E36 M3 was made to be relatively reserved, and was meant to be more practical compared to it's predecessor; the E30 M3. However, they made sure to keep the iconic "M" character with it's racing technology and also kept it's engine in mind in the designing process. One of it's best innovations was the variable camshaft adjustment (VANOS), which was used for the first time. This gave developers a new look at engine optimization as the VANOS always adjusts the camshafts so that maximum torque is available in partial or under full load.

Along with more aerodynamic additions, the E36 M3 had a maximum output of 286 hp which was definitely something to brag about in the early '90s.

The RS4's are produced by the German manufacturer's high-performance group. They are only manufactured in limited numbers, making the RS4's a highly sought after model. The B7 RS4 was produced from 2006-2008 and about 10,000 units were sold with 2,000 of them being sold in the US. Unlike the previous generation, this model was available in three body styles - sedan, avant, and cabriolet. The B7 RS4 was also the last generation to be only offered with a manual transmission. The engine for this generation RS4 was refined from the first generation and swapped out the twin-turbo V6 of it's predecessor for a 4.2L NA V8 making 420 hp and in the sedan version, could go from 0-100km/h in 4.9 seconds. What was noticeable about the second generation RS4's is it's even wider front and rear fenders that housed even wider axles.

There were slight differences in minor features between the European and US market such as the seats and lower side airbag positioning, but either way, this is a highly sought after fan favourite from the German manufacturer.

The original R32 is based on the fourth generation Golf from 1998-2004 even though the R32 was produced during the Mk4's final days. This model had restored everyone's idea of their hot hatches and with only 5,000 exclusive units brought to the US. From factory, it came equipped with lower suspension, bigger brakes, deeper front splitter, substantial rocker panels, and a bigger rear bumper with dual single exit exhaust tips. The interior had a more chunky steering wheel and it's infamous Konig seats with the "R" logo. The engine of course was the acclaimed 3.2L VR6 which was definitely a fan favourite and still brings back nostalgia to enthusiasts with an output of 240 hp. The narrow angle "V" makes it possible for such an engine to be able to fit in the car's compact bay. The only transmission offered was the six-speed manual linked to a Haldex part-time all-wheel-drive system.

This restored everyone's idea of a hot hatch and is definitely a favourite of this manufacturer's enthusiast circle.

The sports car that made a name for itself and still adored by many. The 2002 is based off of the 1600's chassis and fitted with a larger 2.0L inline-four. The name "2002" comes from the engine displacement and the number of doors; (2.0L - 02 Doors). The 2002 Turbo was designed around the already produced 2002tii but they chose to add the KKK turbocharger for even more power. Although the power was still low by American standards, the 2002 made up for it with it's handling, quality, and affordable price.

An oil cooler was added as well as bigger brakes and wider wheels for the wide arches. There were stripes down each side and they initially wanted the word "Turbo" to be written in reverse on the front splitter so that the driver in front can read it. Unfortunately, they decided to drop the reverse lettering as it was labelled as irresponsible. There are some owners who have added that script as an aftermarket modification. The standard seats were replaced with sport seats, a leather three spoke steering wheel, and a boost gauge was added in the dashboard cluster.

They had successfully produced Europe's first turbocharged production car! The number of 2002 Turbo's still around is scarce as there were only 1672 models made due to the "'70s oil crisis," which made the 2002 Turbo frowned upon. It was also famous for it's turbo-lag, which lead inexperienced drivers to crash them along with the unfamiliarity of operating turbocharged vehicles. However, this model is still well known and admired today and are highly cherished by the very few lucky owners.

The popularity of their 850 T-5 R was what gave them the inspiration and confidence to create the 850R in 1996. This model was released in a saloon or estate version with a 2.3L turbocharged 5 cylinder engine that boosted it to 243hp. This version had a 0-60 time of 6.5 seconds for the manual and 7.4 for the auto. It also had a top speed of 254km/h. This estate also came with stiffer suspension and high-performance tires which made a more harsh ride than the base 850's, but the handling was outstanding! Accompanied by a few luxury touches such as it's leather and suede seats, this car was a thrill to drive.

There was no desire to have a direct predecessor of the T-5 R, but because of how popular is was, they created a mass produced performance version; the 850R.

The 1990 W201 190E 2.5-16 Evolution II; known as one of the most iconic homologated race cars. It was the makers final model in the run of DTM cars from the late '80s and early '90s. By the time 1990 came around, the 190E had a larger 2.5L I4 compared to it's previous version as the DTM battle of the brands had escalated. The Evo II also came standard with the PowerPack which had an output of 232hp and 181 lb-ft of torque paired with a 5 speed dogleg manual gearbox. This was the last racing engine developed by the maker before MB-AMG took over. Other enhancements were the hydraulic rear suspension with adjustable ride height, and the enhanced aero package for reducing drag and increased downforce.

Understandably, this car has a hefty price tag if you are looking for one today, but it is known as one of the coolest sedans ever made.

The E30 M3 was built directly from motorsport. With it's multiple victories in touring car racing, the M3 became one of the most iconic vehicles in the M line-up. The first M3 was based on the E30 3 Series and was intended to please the Deutsche Tourenwagen Meisterschaft (a touring car racing series "DTM") and Group A Touring rules.

The E30 M3 was only built as a coupé or convertible and with changes to it's aerodynamics, it had a relatively low drag coefficient compared to the regular 3 Series. This M3 while being naturally aspirated, had competed in many motorsports and had won the 24 Hours Nürburgring five times, and the Spa 24 Hours four times, while competing against turbocharged cars. This M3 featured changes over the standard E30 such as a larger rear spoiler, deep front splitter, and flared wheel arches. Almost every body panel was altered as well as the angle of the C-pillar and rear window to improve airflow towards the spoiler. Along with aerodynamic add-ons made from plastic to reduce weight as much as possible. Multiple changes during it's production years were made for each Evolution of the M3 from revised cylinder heads, to higher horsepower, to higher engine displacement, to deeper front splitters.

Please welcome the poster child for RAUH-welt BEGRIFF; RWB #001 - Stella Artois. RAUH-welt BEGRIFF translates from German to "rough world concept." The creator of the RWB bodywork; Akira Nakai, likes to drive his cars in a "rough style," and expresses his creativity in his work.

In his earlier years, he was into the street-drifting scene and was known as one of the first to lower his car to the ground, have excessive camber, and known in Japan as "oni-kyan," - "demon-camber." Years later, he had his first chance to work on these cars while he worked at a local body shop. He became fascinated by their mechanics and he saw a lot of potential for their appearance. He was 28 years old when he purchased his first 930 which became the legendary "Stella Artois."

All bodywork is created in-house by him and shaped and sanded by hand before painting custom colours he mixes himself. He approaches every RWB project with getting to know the owner so he can create something completely personalized based on the owner's interests and personality. An RWB transformation could take anywhere between a few months to one year depending on the design. Along with the aesthetic of the car, he will also send the car to specialists who handle the suspension, brakes, and powertrain to complete the look. Once completed, the car will be given a name that reflects the work and it's owner.
